About Kevin Coffey

From brain injury survivor to champion coach – building stronger runners through consistency, science, and community.

About

I'm Kevin Coffey

a 2:20 marathoner, coach with Mile2Marathon, and a traumatic brain injury survivor. I run and coach in Kingston, Ontario, where I lead a free weekly all-paces run group

Journey

First marathon: 3:47 → years of quiet consistency → 2:20 PB.

Survived a TBI; learned to rebuild — one step at a time.

Now I help runners train smarter, avoid re-injury, and build momentum they can keep.

Coaching Philosophy

1

Small, sustainable daily actions create lasting change and breakthrough performances.

2

Evidence-based training methods adapted to your individual needs and injury history.
